An Edwardian sterling silver mounted glass ecclesiastical claret jug, Sheffield 1904 by John Round & Son Ltd

clear glass ovid body with silver mounts, the hexafoil foot with beaded rim and chased decoration mounted with collet set coloured paste stones. The scroll handle leading to a hinged domed lid surmounted by a Celtic cross finial mounted, similarly mounted with stones. Fully marked to the neck rim and base, the lid with part-marks.

Height – 27 cm / 10.55 inches
