A mid-century Mexican silver, hardstone and mixed metal cigarette box, Taxco circa 1950 by Los Castillo (est. 1939)
of rectangular form, the mixed metal lid with inlaid Aztec figures. Hardstone sides, wooden interior raised of four ribbed copper feet. The underside silver marked underneath with circle mark and eagle 15 mark.
