Current Positions:

Antiquities & Tribal Art Specialist (full or part time)

  • Manage established Antiquities and Tribal Art Department with quarterly sales
  • Tasked with department growth
  • Consign, authenticate, value and research objects for sale and their provenances
  • Put together a printed catalogue, including liaising with the Photography and Marketing Departments
  • Write condition reports before the sale
  • Client services including dealing with enquiries over the phone, email and in person
  • Apply for any required export licences after the sale
  • Liaise with consultants and experts where necessary

Receptionist (full time)

  • Full administrative duties
  • Client-facing role
  • Organisational, time-management and people skills are required

HR  Manager (part time; school hours and term-time friendly)

  • Staff training
  • Manage employee relations (dispute resolution, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy)
  • Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance
  • Recruitment
  • Administer payroll and payroll records

Graphic Designer (full time or part time)

  • Designing adverts to a tight schedule
  • Designing and updating marketing collateral (brochures / flyers / business cards)
  • Able to create digital adverts i.e. web banners and skyscrapers
  • Use of InDesign and/or Photoshop is essential
  • Understand the importance of brand identity
  • Creative flair and strong visual sense
  • Interest in graphics and typography

Photographer (full time)

  • Adobe Photoshop knowledge is essential
  • DSLR with flash experience required
  • Time management due to the high quantity of imagery
  • Interest/previous experience in the arts/decorative arts is useful
  • Portfolio/previous experience in product photography useful

Accounts Assistant (full time)

  • Provide administrative support to Accounts’ manager and team

Porter (full time)
