Telephone Bidding

Telephone bidding is easy and simple with a dedicated client services representative relaying the bidding activity and placing bids on your behalf.

  1. Please email bids@chiswickauctions.co.uk regarding the auction and lots you are interested in
  2. The Bids Department will then register your bids or answer any questions you may have
  3. All telephone bid requests should be organised at least 12 hours before the start time of any auction
  4. On the day of the auction, we will telephone you approximately five lots before your lot is announced
  5. Our representative will relay the bidding activity and place bids as you wish

Absentee Bids

Can’t place your bid in real time? Submit an absentee bid and we will bid on your behalf at the lowest possible price up to your set limit.

Please email bids@chiswickauctions.co.uk regarding the auction and lots you are interested in at least 12 hours before the auction. From there, we will bid on your behalf at the lowest possible price up to your set limit.

What happens after you buy?

We appreciate the uncertainty regarding post-sale logistics, so provided lots are paid for, we are offering free storage until such time as business and public life returns to normal and shipping/collection can be arranged.
