A stamping good sale

On Tuesday 17th November at 11am we are holding a sale of Stamps, Coins and Banknotes followed by the General sale.


The sale includes a huge range of stamps, from collections to individual items and commemorative coins and banknotes from around the world.

An impressive 1922 Mexican 50 pesos gold coin will be available; obverse with eagle and snake, reverse winged figure holding a laurel wreath above her head, EF+. Estimate £700-£1,000.

Last week saw the Rugs sale take place with a number of lots proving to be very popular.

The star lots of the week were:

A Persian silk Qum carpet, rose ground with blue border, 3.25m x 2.12m, condition rating B/C A which sold for £1,020 incl Buyer’s Premium.
