A CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE ‘LADIES’ BOWL.
Qing Dynasty, Kangxi period or later.
The lobed body with a scalloped rim painted with two pairs of ladies on a fenced terrace, with a scholar to the centre and a fruiting wine band to the rim, a six character Chenghua mark to the underside, together with a moulded bowl with floral sprays, 13-15cm diameter. (2)
