A wood box and cover formed as a puppy, decorated with medallions enclosing various designs including, a hawk, plum blossoms, a biwa lute, a nho mask, and a shell in iroe-takamaki, inlaid in porcelain and mother-of-pearl, an inset seal Kan, 26 x 19cm.
