Absentee Bidding

Thank you for choosing to bid with Chiswick Auctions.

Absentee Bids (also referred to as Commission or Written Bids) must be submitted before close of business on the day preceding the auction. Please ensure that you are registered to bid with Chiswick Auctions prior to submitting this. Information regarding registering to bid can be found here

How it works

Please complete the form below and fill in the fields. A maximum of 18 bids per bidder is allowed.

An email will then be sent confirming your bids and if successful we will contact you by email to confirm any purchases.

Lots purchased must be paid for by close of business on the day of the sale or between 10.00 and 18.00 up until close of business on Friday following the sale. If a Lot remains uncollected, a storage fee will be charged.

Please check the form carefully as once submitted, you are liable to pay for any successful bid.

Please satisfy yourself as to the condition of any Lots you are interested in leaving a bid on. Condition Reports are available and can be requested from the department at least 24 hours in advance of a sale.
