A MEISSEN ECUELLE AND COVER, circa 1765, of shallow circular form with twin entwined handles and a fruiting stalk handle picked out in colours, painted in puce with sprays of fruit, vegetables and flowers, within diaper scroll borders and gilt-line rims, 10.5cm high, crossed swords and dot mark in underglaze-blue (2) PROVENANCE: Private German collection.
