A TURQUOISE-GLAZED POTTERY WATER JUG Ray, Iran, 11th - 12th century  Of globular shape, resting on short circular foot, rising to a tall cylindrical neck, a curved handle on the side, the exterior except the foot covered in turquoise glaze with a thick layer of iridescence, the interior plain, approximately 20.5cm high.
