The screen unfolding in four separate rectangular panels joint together with metal hinges, each panel resting on two short feet and decorated with an intricately carved openwork grid with geometric lattice work, the centre of each panel featuring a protruding element or window designed in the style of a mashrabiya (a reticulated architectural element similar to a small conservatory or balcony, characteristic of traditional architecture in the Islamic world), 183.5cm x 255.5cm x 3cm.
