A Victorian sterling silver stamp box, London 1895 by Goldsmiths and Silversmiths Co

Of rectangular form with a hinged lid, the inside with a lift out stamp tray with four curved recesses. The lid with embossed decoration of birds and foliate scrolls with a vacant cartouche. The sides with chased foliate scrolls. Traces of gilding to lift out tray. Fully and part-marked.
