Of rectangular form, the single length of cotton with a central square field in madder red with alternating rows of repeating minute buti, the corners invaded by elegant diagonal buti on a white-reserved ground, the horizontal borders with panels containing large scale buti embedding small radiating buti in pale blues and red on white, the outer borders with sinuous floral frieze, knotted red fringe, the centre of horizontal edge printed in Persian with the words Ghalam Kar 1293, 220cm x 138cm.
