A flower spray-designed brooch set with old-cut diamonds and a mix of cuts of sapphires, rubies, and emeralds, enclosed back setting, pin and catch fitting, diamonds approx. 0.75 carat total, length approx. 4.2 cm x width 3.0 cm, unmarked and untested, (please note there are a few stones are missing from their settings)
