A George II sterling silver coffee pot stand, London 1741 by John Robertson II (reg. 3rd July 1739)

Of shaped circular form with a shaped cavetto edge and moulded rim, raised upon three pad feet. The field engraved with a contemporaneous crest of an owl ducally crowned. Fully marked to the reverse.
