A George IV sterling silver part-tea service, the teapot London 1821 by Stephen Adams II (reg. 14th Nov 1813)

the milk jug London 1823 by Richard Pearce. Each of compressed circular form raised upon four lion paw and rosette scroll bracket feet, the everted rims with gadrooned, shell and oak leaf rim. The bodies with embossed decoration of scrolls with scalloped oval cartouches and a shell, all reserved with fish scales. The cartouche engraved with initial TC in cursive script. The teapots embossed spout opposite a later wooden handle, leading to a hinged domed lid surmounted by a fluted green stained ivory finial. Each fully and part-marked. (2)
