Qing Dynasty, Qianlong Period, 18th Century, circa 1775

Each painted with the arms of Ludlow of Shropshire, depicting three lions passante gardant in pale and the crest a demi lion rampant holding a sword, flanked by the initials J.L., inscribed with the motto 'Fide et Amore',
