A CHINESE EN GRISAILLE ‘WEAVER’ DISH. Qing Dynasty, Qianlong period. The centre painted with a quatrefoil panel depicting a young European lady spinning wool, her servant to the right, a pair of goats to the left, all within a gilt chain border, the hexagonal rim with a gilt band of various fruit and blossoms, 23cm diameter.
