A CHINESE FAMILLE VERTE BISCUIT MOUNTAIN GROTTO. Qing Dynasty, Kangxi period. Formed as a mountain opening to the front to reveal an articulated lion, a figure bearing offerings to the left, a pagoda and a gate above, mounted on a gilt-bronze base supported on four leafy feet and a tree trunk with two extended branches to the side, 15cm H.
