A CHINESE BONE PLAQUE FROM AN IMPERIAL LAMA CEREMONIALCOSTUME. Qing Dynasty, 18th Century. The blade-shaped body carved in shallow relief with a warrior standing on one leg on the body of his enemy, holding a spear, a flaying knife and a human heart, a small figure of a bodhisattva above him, all within leafy borders, 14.5 x 4.5 x 1.3cm.
