A set of Victorian sterling silver gilt and porcelain fruit eaters, London 1875 by Francis Higgins
Comprising eight forks, eight knives, the blades with chased decoration of crossed horns with roses and C scrolls, the ferrules with trailing foliage. Each with English porcelain handles, probably Coalport, of wrythen double waisted form with painted flowers and rose head borders heightened with gilding. Each fully marked. (16).
