A PORTRAIT OF A RAJA ON HORSEBACK Punjabi Hills, North India, late 19th century  Opaque pigments and gold on paper, the Raja on horseback flanked by two attendants holding a bejewelled parasol, each with their black shield on the back, the composition set in floral borders, the edges tinted in pink, dotted in light red and with yellow polylobed cartouches filled with birds on a white ground, 28.5cm x 21cm.
