This file photograph was re-published on the occasion of Joe Morella and Edward Z Epstein's 1973 book "Brando: The Unauthorized Biography". The caption on the verso of the print reads, "UNDATED: Marlon Brando skips rope in prizefighter fashion in this undated file photo made during the early days of his screen career. Once the ultimate male sex symbol, Joe Morella and Edward Z. Epstein write in "Brando: The Unauthorized Biography" (Published April 20 by Crown), Brando today is paunchy, balking, unmistakably middle-aged.
