* A PAIR OF QAJAR ENAMELLED GOLD EARRINGS PROPERTY FROM AN IMPORTANT EUROPEAN PRIVATE COLLECTION   Iran, 19th century  Made of two domed components, one smaller than the other, each with a fringe of small gold tassels incised with leaf design, the blue, pink and white enamelled decoration consisting of flower heads and petals in diamond-shaped medallions, the interior in turquoise-sprinkled enamel, 8.5cm high. * Please note that this lot is subject to import VAT at a preferential rate of 5% on the Hammer Price and the prevailing rate on the Buyer's Premium.
