A QAJAR POTTERY ROSEWATER SPRINKLER  Iran, 19th century  Of compressed globular shape on short circular foot, with long tapering neck, painted in manganese purple, cobalt blue, turquoise, brown and black, the decoration consisting of floral bouquets and a pair of herons against a blue ground, the neck with a pair of stylised cypresses in manganese purple and brown against a white slip ground, 23cm high.
