A Gustav III late 18^th century Swedish silver sauceboat, Växjö 1785 by Jonas Yman (active 1760-1808)

Of bellied form raised upon three cast open work feet formed as acanthus leaves. The rim and handle of a beaded rosette form, with the thumbpiece formed as open work shell and flower work section. The body with embossed decoration of swags. Gilt interior. Fully marked underneath, date C2.
