Of shallow form with rounded edges and a wide rim, painted to the centre with a scene depicting two European ladies watching two young boys boisterously playing in a garden, the cavetto with scrolling decorations in black, the rim with four oval cartouches enclosing freely-painted leafy scrolls, the exterior decorated with prunus flowers on a cracked-ice ground, the base with a ripe pomegranate borne from a foliate spray,
