A BERLIN (KPM) PORCELAIN PLATE AND A CONTINENTAL PLATE, late 19th Century, atmospherically painted with thatched buildings in a rural landscape setting, within formal gilt borders, 23.7cm diameter, sceptre mark in underglaze-blue, printed orb and KPM mark in iron red, various impressed and painted marks; the second plate painted in Meissen style with Kakiemon decoration depicting a stylised bird in flight above oriental flowers issuing from rockwork, the rim with scattered floral sprigs, 24cm diameter, crossed swords mark above I in underglaze-blue, impressed numerals (2)
