With rounded sides rising from a short foot to a foliate rim, the exterior painted with scrolling stems issuing stylised lotus flowers together with the bajixiang, all in iron-red enamel with details heightened in gilt, the interior decorated with five bats, six-character Daoguang mark to base in iron-red, together with a box,
