From the private single owner estate of a dolls house, dolls and miniatures collector.

thought to have been made in Germany for the French market, circa 1880/1900, measuring 116cm high x 140cm wide x 60cm deep, with eight rooms and hallway, each side opening to reveal:

Kitchen:
Style of Evans and Cartwright fireplace, a companion set, brass dogs and mirror, fitted cream painted shelving units with pottery jelly moulds, casserole dishes, pewter tankards and serving dishes, centred by a pine kitchen table with dinner plates, knives and forks, two figures, side table with candlebox, a chicken coop with wooden chickens, a red and black painted patented fire bucket cabinet, singing bird in cage etc.

Drawing Room:
with furniture to include a manner of Walterhausen rosewood effect sewing table with fitted interior on lyre supports, a circular wooden dining table, a Walterhausen 'Boulle' scroll arm sofa with red 'leather' seat, a tin plate wooden effect writing desk with raised back and pierced gallery, a brown tin plate calendar, a French style circular gilt metal table, an ebonised elbow chair, miniature sewing box with miniature tools inside, a pouffe with two dogs, elaborate gilt overmantle and gilt metal chandelier, various portraits, curtains and ceramics and glassware,

Hall:
A cream and blue painted wooden chest of three drawers, beside a tin plate chest in the manner of Rock and Graner, red painted with floral decoration, various leather bags to include two miniature inkwells in a gladstone bags, a miniature hamper for two bottles, a leather bag of bowls, a fire bucket containing miniature fencing swords, a musket and another sword, a bag of golf clubs, a miniature Hardy fishing rod, reel and a fishing net, a wooden hall chair, the walls with mirrors, a barometer, framed paintings and portrait,

Library:
A Rock and Garner William IV style circular tin plate pedestal table with revolving table top picture display, a miniature monocular and magnifying glass, a wooden folio stand, an interesting early bergere chair raised on crab claw legs, fireplace with blue fender, various Parian ware busts on pedestals, library steps to the fitted cream painted shelves, a metal telephone, books and shells, portraits and paintings in the manner of Holbein, a portrait of Napoleon etc.

Attic Room 1:
Fitted with a Walterhausen shell settee, a Walterhausen brown 'Boulle' piano, various miniature samplers, trunks, a sewing machine, rugs, a needlepoint footstool,

Dining room:
A French style gilt painted cabinet stamped deposee, with a suite of miniature glasswares, a Waltherhausen style kneehole desk with gilt swag decoration, supporting a silver three branch candelabra stamped 925, an oak dining table with glass tablewares, three red and gilt painted chairs, various gilt framed paintings, mirrors, overmantle, fire insert, carpet etc.

Bedroom:
Four poster bed with lace, cushions and bedlinen, a needlepoint footstool, slippers, a Georgian style chest of drawers with swing mirror above, a turned wooden dressing mirror, a needlepoint framed picture, glass chandelier, two pedestal tables, two manner of Walterhausen chairs, a floral relief carved oval mirror, needlepoint rug etc.

Attic Room 2:
Fireplace, tin plate bath on stand and another and an empty box marked 'Christmas Decorations'
