《白蛇傳》白蛇與許仙戲服

Comprising an off-white zhezi embroidered with blue-silk peonies and daisies amongst leafy tufts, the 'horse-face' skirt and under-trousers similarly decorated, together with a plain, pleated white skirt, and a 'White Snake' headdress with four white silk pom-poms, together with a black hat and a pale-violet robe embroidered with foliate sprays and bordered with a band of chrysanthemum flowerheads,

zhezi 104cm long, 330cm across, trousers 105cm long, skirts 107cm and 104cm long, pompons 190cm long, headdress 36cm high, violet robe 143cm long, 260cm across

Kathy Hall 李惠馨 (Churchill Fellow, 2004) is an experienced arts administrator, promoter, presenter, teacher and practitioner of Jingju (京劇 Peking Opera) and Kunqu Opera (崑曲) in London. She is known for her work UK-wide with the former London Jing Kun Opera Association (2002-2014).
