A LARGE BRONZE OIL LAMP
Ottoman Turkey, 19th - 20th century
Of typical shape, resting on a stepped, cusped base, rising to a tall, ribbed pole with a shallow basin, at the top a compressed globular oil container with six traditional, upward-curved arms with drop-shaped spouts, the handle shaped as a volute with inverted curls, 95.8cm high.
