An early 20th century Anglo – Indian unmarked silver tea caddy, Lucknow circa 1910
Raj period. Of rectangular form with canted corners, the stepped hinged lid surmounted by a finial of a caparisoned elephant statant. The front with a latch attachment (latch deficient). The body chased with jungle pattern.
