Comprising a teapot naturalistically-moulded as a finger-citron with impressed dots simulating the texture of the fruit, the handle formed as a gnarled branch, together with a teapot formed as a barrel with moulded bosses, the exterior incised with a landscape scene opposite an inscription, a cylindrical teapot decorated with bundles of texts and auspicious objects in enamels, a pewter-mounted teapot decorated with dragons in pursuit of flaming pearls, a gently-lobed teapot painted with panels enclosing a robed figure and leafy sprays, the cover surmounted by a recumbent lion dog, a bell-form teapot inscribed to the exterior with three bands of characters below bats, an inscribed nan gua 'pumpkin' teapot set with a naturalistically-formed handle and spout, a teapot of compressed globular form and dragon-form spout, a ribbed teapot with bamboo-form handle and spout and cover decorated with the bagua, a square teapot with curved sides and an overhead handle, a small shui ping teapot, a double teapot formed as two cylindrical chambers with a moulded ribbon decoration, and a melon-form teapot,

c.f. A comparable 'finger-citron' teapot, made by the Republican potter Fan Jinfu, was offered at Bonhams Hong Kong, 28th November 2011, lot 279, and a related 'finger citron' teapot, from the K.S. Lo Collection in the Flagstaff House Museum of Tea Ware in Hong Kong, is illustrated in 'Yixing Pottery', Hong Kong Museum of Art, 1981, p. 150, plate 90.

A comparable 'dragon turtle' teapot is housed in the collection of the British Museum, acc. no. 2004,0625.6. A similar teapot was offered at Christie's South Kensington, 9th September 2015, lot 436.

A comparable square teapot with overhead handle is in the British Museum, acc. no. 1984,0202.98.
