A George IV antique sterling silver and guilloche enamel cigarette case and lighter, Birmingham 1949 by Henry Clifford Davies  The cigarette case of rectangular form with canted edges, enamelled with forget-me-knots flowers against a transitioning translucent light blue to white ground.
