Comprising a second edition, I-270 B-2, large chromolithograph map of the Arabian Peninsula and miscellaneous geologic investigations, reaching in c. 60-80mm,1220 x 1380mm, United States Geological Survey and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources.

As a revised version of the one published in 1958, it holds greater topographic detail, including areas under cultivation, and depiction of infrastructures such as roads, pipelines, and increased geographical areas of oil fields stand in stark contrast to its earlier edition. This is the English edition of the USGS-Aramco joint venture base map.
