An 1833 model Italian artillery sword, with scabbard. Single shallow fuller to 83cm blade, which is marked to the ricasso to Puttsch & Sohn of Solingen. Iron knucklbow guard and backstrap, with pitting. Leather and wire wrapped grip. One langet removed and leather washer still in place. Overall length 98cm.
