An early 20th century Thai (Siamese) silver box, probably Bangkok circa 1920, marked Wan Feng
Of circular form with a pull off gently domed lid. The body and lid with chased and pierced decoration of the ‘three friends of winter’, pine, prunus, and bamboo. Marked twice underneath in Chinese 萬丰 (WAN FENG).
Diameter – 16.3 cm / 6.45 inches
Weight – 489 grams / 15.72 ozt
