A RENÉ LALIQUE FROSTED AND ENAMELLED GLASS 'DANSEUSES ÉGYPTIENNES' PERFUME BURNER, designed in 1926, for Marcas et Bardel, decorated with a continuous frieze of stylised Egyptian dancers between geometric bands, heightened in black, with chrome mounts, 13.5cm high, moulded 'R. LALIQUE FRANCE' (shallow section of footrim re-stuck) PROVENANCE:  The Collection of Princess Tasca di Cutò and thence by descent. FOOTNOTES: A similar example was sold by Bonhams, 10 June 2009, lot 231.
