A PARTIAL IRANIAN SILVER TEA SET
Isfahan, Iran, ca. 1940 - 1960
Comprising a small creamer jug, of bulbous shape, resting on an everted circular foot, with three worn-off silver stamps at the bottom, 8cm high; and a lidded sugar bowl, of typical cylindrical shape, resting on an everted and gently stepped foot, with a cusped circular rim decorated with embossed floral festoons, stamped with the maker's mark Saraeian and silver standard '84', 11cm diam. and 5.8cm high.
