Each of rectangular shape, lacquered, polychrome-painted and heightened in gold, comprising a variety of characters from the Iranian gaming tradition, three cards with dancing ladies and one card with three standing soldiers, the case designed as a book binding with a Qajar lady in the front, the spine and back imitating gilt and tooled calf leather, the spine with an inscription in gold 'Ala vathuq', the cards 5.7cm x 4cm, the case 6.5cm x 4.3cm.
