Persian manuscript on paper, 259ff. plus 2 flyleaves, each folio with 20ll. of black ink naskh script, the opening folio with an illuminated heading predominantly in red and gold, certain words in red, some phrases underlined in red, catchwords, signed Mohammad Hashim, son of the late Akhond Mullah Ali Khonsari, an inscription mentioning the scribe’s place of birth (Isfahan) and the date of birth 1213 AH (1798), the manuscript dated 1263 AH (1846 - 47 AD), within red and blue rules, in brown morocco binding, the text panel 15.3cm x 8.3cm, the folio 21.5cm x 13.5cm.
