Of rectangular shape, the joint panel of yellow silk ground brocaded in metallic thread wound around a silk core, the naturalistic floral motifs in blues, peaches, and green in supplementary weft, the border with swaying floral chain, the overall composition a traditional pattern encountered in several Safavid textiles, 99cm x 50cm.
