A Victorian sterling silver and quartz mounted horn vinaigrette, circa 1870

The hinged mount with embossed decoration of trailing thistles collet set with a Cairngorm quartz to top. The front with a vacant shield shaped cartouche. The interior with a silver gitl drill pierced pull off grill. Together with a silver mounted snuff mull. The hinged lid with a thistle below oval cartouche with initials HA. The interior of the lid fitted with cork. (2)
