A George I Britannia standard silver strawberry dish, London 1715 probably by Augustine Courtauld (reg. 23rd Dec 1708)

Of conventional circular form with a deep fluted edge and scalloped rim. The centre later engraved with initials RG in mirror script below a Baron’s coronet. Engraved underneath with scratch weight 19”3. Fully marked to the edge.
