PROVENANCE: an autograph letter by Claredon and another one sent from the Royal Legation of Hejaz and Nejd in London, both affixed on the verso of the prints, reveal that the signatures were requested by Monsieur C. R. Paravicini, Swiss Minister at the Court of St James's from 1920 to 1940.
