A SILVER-GILT AND ENAMELLED ROSEWATER SPRINKLER (GULAB PASH)

Of typical compressed bulbous shape, resting on a lobed, faceted, and gently everted foot, rising to a slender, tapering, faceted neck terminating in a stylised floral finial, on the shoulders a pair of regardant parrots, the elegant body decorated with typical Lukcnowi blue and green enamels featuring scrolling vegetation and interlocking flower sprays, 31.2cm high.
