A VERY FINE SIGNED SILK BURSA RUG, TURKEY, approx: 94cm. x 62cm. Very good example for this type with lovely colours and very nicely drawn floral design. This rug has full pile, soft and shiny silk quality. Ends with original embroidered kilims and fringes. Selvages are also original. Very fine weave, approx: 9 x 9 knots per sq. cm; woven on silk foundation. In general this rug is in very good condition throughout. Very attractive piece.
