Ottoman Turkish manuscript on buff paper, 6ll. to the page of gold, black and red ink divani script, some lines sprinkled with black glitter dust, at the top of the document the elegant tughra of Mehmed V (r. 1909 - 1918) in gold ink, with a rectangular stamp below the last line and further marginal notes and signatures, mounted, glazed and framed, 82cm x 57cm excluding the frame.
