Comprising the Sahih al-Bukhari, a hadith collection of sayings and teachings of the Prophet, from the book of al-Hajj to the end of the book of al-Shahadat, compiled by the Persian scholar Muhammad ibn Isma'il al-Bukhari (810 - 870) in 846, 185ff., each folio with 23ll. of black ink naskh script, titles in red, diacritic marks in a finer and paler script, catchwords, in more recent blind-tooled brown morocco binding, the folio 25.5cm x 17cm; and two further tomes of religious content, respectively 150ff, 13cm x 18cm and 217ff, 18cm x 25cm.
